A good experience as always

This provider was so much more kind and understanding than my last provider. I felt like she actually listened to what I was saying & was empathetic. My last provider always rushed me & dismissed everything I said. I always felt judged and misunderstood. I will definitely be going back to Kara. The staff & environment was much more welcoming!

Kara is my provider. She is a great NPA she's very attentive to your problems great bedside manner. The best! She always meets my concerns or ongoing problems. She is one of the best physicians I have been in my 18 years with novant.

This was my 1st visit with Cara and I was VERY impressed with her professionalism and "bedside manner". Changing Drs is scary when you've been with the same PA for 10+ years. But after seeing Cara I'm very confident with her as my PCP. Also grateful for the recommendation to see her from Sharon.

The PA was exceptionally attentive to my sinus/polyp issue and prescribed the meds that relieved the pressure within 48 hours

Kara(PA) and her assistant was very helpful and caring to my needs. She informed me of the best treatment for my situation and made it happen. She was concerned about my high blood pressure and had her nurse to take it again before I left and it was still high. I will have a recheck in a month. She and her nurse were very caring and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I was very pleased with how the visit went.
