I had my first appointment with Ashley Lowe at Novant Health Huntersville Adult Medicine and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. As a new patient, I was anxious and had trouble finding the building, but the staff was incredibly helpful in providing directions. Even though I was running late, Ashley made me feel at ease right away. I tried to keep the appointment brief, not wanting to disrupt the schedule, but Ashley took the time to get to know me, perform a thorough exam, and carefully go over a treatment plan. I truly appreciated the patience and care I received. I'm so glad to have found such a compassionate and dedicated provider.

I appreciated the time Lyndsay Lowe took with me and her thoroughness

I met with Physician Assistant Ashley on day three of a possible/probable snake bite. She was so professional and caring. After a thorough checkup including calling poison control, Ashley had me taken to the ER for further tests and consultation. I knew I was being taken care by experts in their fields.

Ashley was very nice and knew exactly what my problem was !! She was very honest with my problem and I asked her about another problem I have and we discussed it !! She or the nurse called me back on Friday with the test results of my Uric Acid level. I saw Ashley on Thursday and got the results on Friday. I?ve always had to wait till the results came back by mail.

Ashley Lowe is superb. She listens, asks appropriate questions and gives professional advice or suggestions. Never rushes and always asks is there anything else you need or want to discuss.

As of today I never had a bad visit , everyone is respectful, nice, kind.
