About

As the son of a primary care doctor, I learned from a young age the impact my father had on those he cared for. Seeing him take care of neighbors and family members gave me insight into both the responsibilities and rewards of being a doctor. That knowledge and my love of science eventually led me to medical school. There, it became clear to me that the nervous system is the most interesting and challenging system of the human body, one I knew would be worth studying for a lifetime.
