Excellent services but quite difficult to make an appointment. In a In an effort to reduce our stress about being seen, for the next kidney stone will contact our PCP first, even though Dr. McPhalls office says to call them first with a stone.For every recall, we made talk with Paul's office, the staff was polite and very pleasant, but they all shared that they were waiting for feedback from Dr. McPhall himself. It took about 7 business days to schedule an appointment with him. We were very satisfied with the length of time until the appointment, which was two weeks, but seven days to schedule was too lengthy and worrisome.
