I think the team could be more knowledgeable about my insurance before coming to my appointment. This was not a. Good time for me because my medical insurance did cover my expenses . I checked my information before coming to my appointment .

I was late for my appointment because of traffic and not knowing where I was suppose to be. I was treated as if I was on time and seen as soon as I arrived. I am more than pleased with the care I have received at Novant Bariatric Clinic at each location and encounter.
