The provider was great. Very difficult getting the appointment. Bring an ER fOllow up and a novant employee I should not have had a hard time scheduling the appointment. When I arrived I saw the clinical staff standing around looking at cell phones. Very unprofessional. Especially to another novant employee.

Never received the code for my chart or a call from the optometrist. Can’t get anyone on the phone

Professional and courteous service

During my first appointment as a patient, I received the care I deserved. The physician was exceptional, attentively listening to all my health concerns, as I have Covid with pneumonia. The staff was compassionate and kind. Every patient should receive this level of care, regardless of their insurance status.

The primary care Doctor was not someone I would see again. He was not very friendly or welcoming very straight to the point, which is fine! I would just prefer to have a comfortable relationship with my doctor!

All of the staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. Dr Stallard was great. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to me, answer my questions and was proactive in creating a treatment plan. I’ve had issues with my former provider and their staff. I wish I’d changed providers sooner.

He is not my regular dr but dr revis had no appointment so I had to see him. He was good my follow up is with dr revis

Dr. Stallings is great. I appreciated his thoroughness and the time he took to listen to my concerns.
