I only got somewhat more attentive care this time after being at my wits end with the lack of response to my web portal messages prior to this appointment. I was told to just pick an antidepressant, rather than my doctor making recommendations based on concerns. I have to read my own lab results and follow up, rather than the doctor doing that.

Dr was very thorough in explaining some of my old problems and new problems. She listened to all my questions and explained what I needed to do to improve my problems. She also requested additional things she would request to be done at Novant Health to determine what would be best to do next.

Dr Miller has been my doctor for years. She has proven to be the finest physician I've ever known. The most qualified, efficient, pleasant knowledgeable, good listener, great diagnostic ability,etc.

Dr Kimberly Miller is outstanding she looked at the previous treatments provided by your team at Novant Autumn Hall (2 There) and immediately diagnosed me with the correct diagnosis. Changed my medicine that was previously given and has me on the path to healing. The medicine is already making a difference. I’m really not sure why it took 3 trips to Novant for someone to listen to me and properly diagnose me. Dr. Miller listened intently to my health concern and took appropriate action. She even followed up with me by phone to give me information. Today’s economy is very tough and having to pay for 3 doctors visits and medicine doesn’t come easy. I should have been on what Dr. Miller prescribed from the start (my opinion). Thank you for allowing me to voice a concern with Novant. Please let Dr. Miller know, Job Well Done.
