I had an unexpected problem with my ear that occurred a few days before my appointment and I explained the problem to Kaitlyn and she checked with Dr Brunsink who immediately checked my ear and helped me. Both Kaitlyn and Dr Brunsink were professional, competent and provided the medication to correct my hearing.

Dr Brunsink listened to my concerns and was empathic. The tests needed well given in a timely manner and fortunately everything turned out fine. Great doctor and glad she is my doctor

The need to wait over 4 months to establish with a new doc was extreme imo. The first visit was 15 mins. I don't understand the logic of her only seeing new patients specific dates. I had high blood pressure and I had to wait so long for treatment. I could understand if the appointment was a 30-60 min visit.... but it wasn't.

Got an appointment quickly. New doctor, and she was very thorough and listened to all I had to say. Did a Covid test that proved negative, then she prescribed a route of treatment. I respected her and that goes a long way into my getting better, having confidence in the doctor.

The connection via Zoom was difficult. Unlike other sessions I've participated in, I was unable to turn on my mic and camera. I could see and hear the Dr. - I was a silent, blank screen to her. However, we had a satisfactory meeting on the phone.

My GP was on vacation. I was seen by another GP who works with her. She didn't want to replace my Doctor so limited the advice she gave me
