Jessica, Ann, and two other staff members?a check-in clerk (Caucasian female with reddish blonde hair) and a check-out clerk (African American female with long hair)?were absolutely amazing! I regret not getting the names of the latter two, but my anxiety upon arrival and departure was quite high.

Dr. Calfee is a fantastic surgeon and provider. I have known her for many years, and she has also done surgery for me. I cannot commend her highly enough. Since she moved to Wilmington from my hometown, I now drive 3 and 1/2 hours one way in order to keep her as my provider. She has a wonderful and caring personsality and genuine concern. You could not find a better provider. I suggest you give the lady a both a promotion and a raise. Thank you.

My doctor is very caring about her patients

My visit went well from check in to lab draw to visit with Dr. Calfee all the way to checkout. I’m thankful to have this team caring for me throughout my pregnancy.

Everything about my visit was very nice and very pleasant and Dr. Calfee is a great provider. She explains things to me so that I understood them and I had no questions or concerns By the time I left The appointment. The only portion of this experience that was not perfect was that it took me a long time to be able to get an appointment as a new patient. I understood that but really didn’t want to wait as long as I had to in order to see her.

All of the folks I met were kind and knowledgeable- the medical assistant was very helpful, so nice and smiled- everyone smiled!! Thank you!!

Front office/check-in staff was especially friendly and welcoming.

Fortunately, I rarely have any urgent problems but when I do they try to get me an appointment as soon as possible. The staff are friendly and courteous. My provider makes me feel comfortable to discuss any concerns I may have about my condition. Thank you ?

felt this experience was extremely transactional and rushed. the provider seemed like she was in a huge hurry and made me feel like she did not have time for my questions/my questions were not valid. I left feeling very discouraged.

The staff as a whole provided exceptional service!

Dr & nurse were both so helpful and helped my health situation.

Had to wait in the waiting room and then again in exam room. Was there for an hour. Maybe 15 minute appointment.

Dr. Jennifer Calfee is understanding, caring and an outstanding GYN provider. Feel comfortable knowing she is my doctor. All staff showed respect and courtesy. Good team.
