The new Medicare yearly checkup questionnaire is absolutely too long. I did it on line but feel very sorry for people who are not tech savvy. This needs to be streamlined! The staff was wonderful and patient.

Amy and Dr Spiers’s were very accommodating and very mindful of my needs. I would like recommend them to friends and family.

Dr Spiers listened to my concerns and answered my questions was completely satisfied with my visit.

Some items on my chart were not right; I wish to note to correct them. 1) Church attendance yes regular until covid and the need to take care of my deceased sisters 14 year old dog, so now I mostly stream or use tv/internet. 2- sister -heart condition -not to my knowledge. Also, my symptoms are all the same (so not listed as new or more) so I did not check the box and they do include weakness and fatigue, also have concerns for memory, etc. I have submitted my Power of Attorney papers several times and it is the same -my sister serves for my health concerns and any financial issues upon any severe illness or death.

My physician appeared to be genuinely concerned. She explained what she was going to do about my problem and what I could expect. Great visit.
