Dr. Spitz is a very knowledgeable doctor however he presents as very direct and matter of fact. His remarks can be abrasive and dismissive. He is friendly enough and I trust his medical advice. He has been my doctor for many years. I feel it is important that he is aware of how he comes across during office visits.
