I have been dealing with Maplewood family practice for some years. Dr Keith. Van Zandt was a great doctor then I got to what you call the PAs and the two PAs are very good with family practice is a practice that make you feel at home. The two PAs have been very special to because they listen and they listen to you and then they come up with what they need to do to help you. I am so thankful that you are still in business and any of my friends are looking for a place to go, tell them Maplewood family practice is the place to go. It is a good place. It is a nice place in our community and I will be with y’all the rest of my my days. I don’t mean I don’t wanna die, but I’m gonna be with y’all for the rest of my day , so you I hope you stay good. She explained in depth the possibilities and after careful interrogation and examination, she told me what she thought the problem was and prescribed medicine. She said to please write her on MyChart if things didn't improve--and they have--so I haven't felt the need to contact her. She was very courteous and personable.

When I went in I had plans to change my Doctor because I was so displeased with my last visit. Monica made me feel much better about my plan of care. If I could make her my primary doctor I would but I understand why I can’t I another follow up appointment in a month with a doctor I have seen in the past have ask to be changed to him as primary. They put in paper work for that to happen. The practice as a whole I am very please with. I feel much better about my plan of care.
