Where did you find Austyn? She was outstanding. She listened, she offered suggestions, and she even had a diplomatic way of telling me that one of my ideas might not work. It was far better than I had expected.

I don't expect Austyn to agree with me; but she respects me as a patient and our relationship to at least listen to my thoughts and or ideas related to my health.
