From walking in to walking out, all made it obvious that my health was their concern. Extensive questions trying to determine my problem, and follow-on actions to reach a solution. Special kudos to the blood draw ladies! Almost didn’t hurt! Also appreciated the wrap over the injection site - way better on my hairy arm than a bandaid!

I feel very blessed to have Shannon Mathis as our FNP, both my husband feel we found the primary care office for us! Leaving doctors that we trust had been a challenge with relocating, but now we have confidence in the care we will receive.

I was concerned about possible Covid. I’ve had so much congestion and sinus issues. Novant was very professional in telling us to come to a side entrance and doing the Covid test. No Covid which was great. Now on an antibiotic and feeling a bit better.

As it has been with every Novant encounter for some time now, I find efficient, patient focused care at an exceptional performance level. As a former “lower eschelon” health care provider, I have seen the best and not the best provision of services throughout my practice in pharmacy. I cannot recall experiencing anything as remarkable as Novant’s standard of care.
