Once my care provider and I were able to get through a tense discussion about my experience and complaint with the check in process, wait time, and lack of communicating the delay with me, the provider was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to set aside any frustration I caused her and treated me well. I have no doubt I'll receive good care from her.
