Dr. Wallace always displays compassion while delivering high quality care. She is very thorough and I never leave a visit without knowing the plan of care. Kyler and I always enjoy our visits with her. I would recommend her to anyone!

We love Dr. Wallace! She's so kind and encouraging to my daughter. Which is very important for us due to her anxiety! My daughter feels comfortable around her and talking to her!

LOVE Dr Wallace! She has been a god sent for treating my child. Unfortunately we had been referred to someone else for a 1 and 1/2 who had been treating my daughter incorrectly for her injuries. Dr Wallace has treated the injury appropriately and has also taken care of some other concerns we have had for my daughter.

We met with Dr. Wallace after months of uncertainty, stress, pain, and frustration surrounding my daughter's diagnosis. While I have no doubt that Dr. Wallace is exceptional across all areas of neurology, she was particularly informative, reassuring, and knowledgeable about my daughter's condition - one that has limited research, few resources, and very little pediatric support, especially in the Charlotte, NC area.Dr. Wallace is not only extraordinarily intelligent; her warm bedside manner, sense of humor, and genuine kindness are qualities that should be modeled in med schools. Too often, families navigating complex medical issues feel dismissed. Not with Dr. Wallace. My teenage daughter's exact words after the appointment were, "I feel so heard." In the midst of uncertainty, those words mean everything.Thank you, Dr. Wallace, for your compassion, your expertise, and the dignity you showed our family.
