Honestly, I have a bit of "white coat" fear. David Dorenfeld is someone I trusted a few years back remove a cyst and did such a good job that he is only one I wanted to come back to to look at another. He has this way of making you feel comfortable immediately. I felt heard and felt empathy. He was professional yet understood I was a human and talked to me rather than down to me.
