David Dorenfeld has always given outstanding patient care and customer service. He always makes the effort to ask something that indicates he is paying attention to my overall well being (asks about son’s sports and graduation, remembers I care for a parent with dementia) which really makes me feel heard. He knows my mom is a melanoma survivor so is very thorough in explaining risks and offering preventative health measures. Also, the reception staff are outstanding in their customer service and politeness- more than any other physicians practice I’ve encountered.

I had a very pleasant visit. Everything went nicely. The only thing I would like to mention is I had a long wait after arriving, about 30 minutes, but that is not unusual for most office visits, and I mostly understand. Maybe a live Mariachi band would make things better.

The Doctor was understanding and definitely open to building rapport and did so with me. Second visit to this Provider, trust him, at this point no reason to see any other in the practice.

Honestly, I have a bit of "white coat" fear. David Dorenfeld is someone I trusted a few years back remove a cyst and did such a good job that he is only one I wanted to come back to to look at another. He has this way of making you feel comfortable immediately. I felt heard and felt empathy. He was professional yet understood I was a human and talked to me rather than down to me.
