About
Caring for people at their most vulnerable moments is something I find deeply fulfilling and humbling. That calling drew me to medicine and ultimately to pediatrics. Along the way, I considered both pediatrics and geriatrics, as patients in both stages of life tend to be the most vulnerable. Pediatrics won out because of the greater opportunities it offers for prevention and the chance to get ahead of health problems before they take hold.
