My path to neurology was shaped by both intellectual curiosity and personal experience. Early in my nursing career, I cared for patients in the neurological intensive care unit who were navigating life-altering conditions, including stroke, epilepsy and brain tumors. I witnessed not only the clinical challenges but also the emotional and psychological toll these conditions take on patients and their families. That experience shaped my commitment to this field and continues to drive my work today...
