I have Vasovagal Syncope so when I told that to the Dr.Amy, she made sure the blood draw was done in the examination room so I will be comfortable. She is very thorough and patient when talking to me and listening to my concerns. Thanks for making my visit easy.

Amy was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. She contacted my PCP to ask his opinion about my care since he did not have any appointments available that day. I was pleased to see the PA.

My friends and I felt well respected. She definitely was a good listener. She immediately requested referrals for further treatments.

Amy listened very carefully and confirmed that I had an ear infection along with cold. I was tested for Covid, flu and strep throat all of which came back negative. I was very satisfied with my care.

My visit felt rushed she didn’t seem to care about my concerns at all I got my lab results back and she stated my low levels are not of concern maybe not to her , but I am concerned being that I am a Type 1 Diabetic she didn’t give any advice on my low RBC count or anything this is very frustrating it’s hard to find a provider that cares about your health and concerns now I have to search for a new provider because I don’t feel comfortable seeing someone again who seems careless about my well being.

The EKG tech did not know where to the V-leads. 1 & 2 were correct. 3 was placed on the upper left chest just under clavicle. 4, 5 & 6 were placed where 3, 4 & 5 should be. When asked why she placed them in that manner, she said this was how she was trained to place them. I notified the ACP, who said that could explain some irregularities on the EKG. The EKG was not repeated, as I obtained it to monitor the QTc.

Amy is very personable & professional, easy to talk to. I think she forgot to write down what type of topical pain relief she mentioned for my knee. I’m pleased to have found a primary care physician.
