The office staff kept me informed as to the delay in my appointment and offered me a bottle of water. Dr. Teppara was fabulous. Easy to converse with, professional, knowledgeable, personable. I could not have been happier.

From the time you walk into the office until the time you leave, there is a feeling that you are being listened to and a plan is being formulated to take care of the problem you have. Dr. Teparra has never seemed rushed and is there to make sure the patient understands what he is saying as well as understanding what the patient’s concerns are. Highly recommended.

Novant health did everything they could to get me an appointment with a surgeon right away and then got my surgery scheduled fast!! Nothing but a great experience!!!

I had concerns about my CT scan and ask about them. Dr. Said he'd get back to them and never did. Dr. Wasn't even aware I'd had CT scan.

The only issue I have it, that when the nurse tells you if you have questions to please contact her, It would be great if she had a card with her name and number so that you could do that. When you have so many appointments at different providers it's difficult to remember who when and where.
