Who can use on-demand video visits?

We can see adults and children of all ages.

The patient must be present for the video visit with the camera turned on. If you are a parent requesting a video visit for your child, your child must be present and on camera during the video visit.

You must be physically located in the states of North Carolina, South Carolina or Virginia to use this service. This is due to medical licensure laws and regulations. If you are not physically present in these states, you will need to seek care within the state that you are physically located.

How do I prepare for a 24/7 sick video visit?

During the video visit, please ensure that your camera and audio are turned on. You should be located in a safe and quiet location.
