Appointments

Scheduling your visit

You can schedule an annual screening mammogram without a provider’s order. You can schedule a screening mammogram online, or call 910-721-1485.

Screening mammogram patients using MyChart can eCheck In prior to your visit, and complete a breast history form on MyChart.

For any other imaging procedure, have a provider involved in your care order the service you need, and request this location. Once we receive that order, a scheduler will contact you, or you can call our clinic directly to schedule.

Arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment time.

• Any requisition/imaging order form you have received from your provider
