At every age, you deserve accurate information about your breast health, both to provide peace of mind and to guide care decisions. At Novant Health Breast Center Charlotte, we provide imaging services so you and your providers can get a clear picture of your breast health and plan any care necessary, now or in the future. Our clinic is near Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center on East Fourth Street just south of Uptown Charlotte. We are easily reached from Interstate 277, Independence Boulevard and Queens Road from Charlotte’s Myers Park neighborhood. For the easiest access to our clinic, park in the Presbyterian Medical Tower parking garage on South Caswell Road instead of turning onto Barnette Place.

Mammograms are some of the most powerful tools for assessing and understanding your breast health. Novant Health Breast Center Charlotte makes it easy for you to get both preventive and diagnostic imaging services, including:

Appointments

Scheduling your visit

You can schedule an annual screening mammogram without a provider’s order. You can schedule a screening mammogram online, or call 704-384-7226.

For all other imaging services, you will need a provider involved in your care to request the needed service. Once we have received the request, a scheduler will contact you, or you can call our clinic directly.

Patients using MyChart can eCheck In and complete a breast history form prior to your visit.

Arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment time.

What to bring

• Your photo ID
• Your insurance card
• Your method of copayment or payment in full
• Any requisition/imaging order form you have received from your provider
