At Novant Health Yadkin Medical Associates, we understand how busy life can be, and how work, family and social responsibilities can leave little time to get the primary care you and your family members need. That’s why we work to make getting medical care as easy as possible for you and your whole family.

We are open every day, even weekends, to make sure we can be your first and only stop for primary medical care. Our evening hours mean you can get care after work or school. Whether you need an annual physical, newborn care, a well-child checkup or an acute care visit, we are here. We also offer lab tests and other diagnostic procedures in our office so you can get the help you need without traveling to another location.

Our clinic is on East Lee Avenue near South State Street (Highway 601) in Yadkinville. We are easily reached from Highway 421, and are close to Shacktown, Lewisville, Huntsville, Boonville, Hamptonville and Harmony.
