Family medicine for children, adults and older adults

Family medicine gives patients of all ages access to routine and ongoing care from a team familiar with their health history.

Walk-in urgent care for minor illnesses and injuries

Walk-in urgent care is available for many sudden illnesses and minor injuries, including fevers, stomach illnesses, cuts, sprains, strains and possible broken bones. 

Urgent care is available daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. You can use Hold My Place before leaving home.

Our Charlotte clinic offers X-rays, laboratory testing, ultrasound and bone-density testing. These services can help your care team evaluate symptoms and determine whether treatment or additional medical care is needed.
