Your Novant Health Traditions Concierge Medicine care team is dedicated to personalizing your care to your needs on your time. You can also continue to see your current specialists and surgeons after becoming a member with us. We will honor your wishes for referrals.

Membership fee

By paying a nominal annual fee, you help keep our clinic small so we can better provide you the personalized, always-on care you deserve. Explore the exclusive services and benefits your membership unlocks.

The annual membership fee is $2,900 for an individual and $2,100 for each additional family member. Payments can be made monthly, quarterly, or annually.

HSA/FSA

The vast majority of HSAs and FSAs allow you to use them to pay for your annual membership fee. Be sure to double-check with your HSA or FSA provider to confirm.

Insurance

We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most commercial insurance plans. In fact, your annual fee covers preventive services not typically covered by insurance, like advanced diagnostic tests and screenings.

As with any other clinic, your doctor will continue to bill your insurance for sick visits and charge copays, co-insurance, and deductibles as they currently do.

New patients

Your doctor will review your records (e.g., medications, condition management, yearly physical) and determine what type of visit your first visit should be. They may recommend, or you may request, lab work in advance of that visit.

You can expect your first appointment to last anywhere from 60 to 90 minutes. You will have your doctor’s undivided attention during this time.

Our goal is to continue the cadence of your normal healthcare visits and make your life easier any way we can.

What to bring to your visit

• Photo ID
• Insurance card
• Method of copayment or payment in full, if insurance will not cover your visit
• List of any medications you are currently taking, including name and dosage
• Any forms that you need our office to complete
• Any forms from the following section you have completed ahead of time
