We look forward to seeing you at Novant Health Spine Specialists – Mint Hill. To make an appointment with a provider in our clinic, call us during office hours. You also can schedule a visit online using MyChart or the open scheduling feature of our physician finder.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, call our office at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.
New patients
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your first appointment so we can collect necessary information.
What to bring
- Identification
- Insurance card
- Copayment or payment in full, if insurance will not be used to cover your visit
- A list of medications you are currently taking
- Recent doctor’s notes or the results of recent CTs, MRIs or X-rays, if you have those images
