To schedule an appointment, give our office a call during normal business hours.

What to bring

We ask that you bring your insurance information and a form of identification, as well as a list of your current prescription and over-the-counter medications to your visit. We accept most major insurance plans. Payment options are available.

Billing is provided by Novant Health. Payment plans and special assistance for those who qualify are available. Please call Patient Financial Services toll-free at 1-888-844-0080 for assistance.
