Appointments

Scheduling an appointment with a provider in our clinic is as easy as calling us during office hours. We will be happy to schedule your visit at a time convenient for you. 

Established patients can schedule appointments in our patient portal to address common gynecologic concerns.

New Patients

We look forward to seeing you in our clinic! Once your first visit is scheduled, you will receive a text with a link to complete new patient paperwork prior to your visit. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your first appointment.

What to bring

• Your photo ID
• Your insurance card, or your child’s insurance card if we are seeing your child
• Your method of copayment or payment in full if insurance will not cover your visit
• A list of any medications you are currently taking, including name and dosage
• Any forms that you need our office to complete
