Appointments
To make an appointment at Novant Health Pediatric Neurology & Sleep – Carmel, call us during office hours, or schedule online anytime using MyChart or open scheduling through our physician finder.
Arrive at least 15 minutes before your child’s first appointment so we can collect necessary information from you.
What to bring
- Your photo ID card
- The insurance card covering your child
- Method of copayment or payment in full if your child’s visit will not be covered by insurance
- Medications your child is currently taking including over-the counter medicines
- Recent test results that have been given to you that our office might not have access to
