We manage chronic back and neck pain, as well as pain associated with conditions such as:

  • Radiofrequency ablation (RFA; a procedure that uses radio waves to destroy abnormal tissue in the back, neck or other areas to provide pain relief)
  • Discogram with contrast (to view the discs of the spine to determine the source of back pain)
  • Intercostal nerve block (an injection under the ribs to address pain in the chest or upper abdomen)
  • Stellate ganglion block (an injection into a nerve in the neck to relieve pain)
  • Celiac plexus block (an injection to address abdominal pain)
  • Lumbar sympathetic block (an injection into the lower back to address pain in the legs and feet)
  • Superior hypogastric block (an injection to address pelvic or genital pain)
  • Spinal cord stimulator placement (placement of a device in the spine to send electrical signals to the spinal cord to block pain signals from reaching the brain)
  • Peripheral nerve stimulator placement (placement of a device next to the peripheral nerve to block pain signals)
  • Vertiflex (a procedure to treat lumbar spinal stenosis and associated leg and back pain)
  • Reactiv8 (to address chronic lower back pain by stimulating nerves in the back muscles to stabilize the lumbar spine)
