You can establish an ongoing relationship with a primary care clinician for preventive and chronic care or visit ExpressCare when a minor illness or injury needs attention outside a scheduled appointment.

ExpressCare is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day for walk-in treatment of many minor illnesses and injuries.
Services can include selected vaccinations, physicals, testing, IV hydration, stitches and other minor procedures. The team also treats seasonal and beach-related concerns such as sunburn, heat exposure and jellyfish stings.
Testing and minor procedures in Wilmington
Our clinic offers blood and urine testing, allergy testing, spirometry, skin biopsies, X-rays and CT scans.
Selected minor procedures include removing ingrown toenails or skin lesions, placing stitches and using cryotherapy to treat certain warts or skin growths.
