Our providers are wholly dedicated to neurology care; they have the tools and decades of experience necessary to assess neurologic symptoms and identify underlying concerns. Once they have a complete picture of your health, you as a team will work to determine the best way to manage your condition.

• Headaches including migraines
• Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS or Lou Gehrig’s disease; a condition involving progressive degeneration of nerve cells in the spinal cord and brain)
• Myasthenia gravis (a condition in which communication between nerves and muscles is lessened, resulting in weakness)
• Multiple sclerosis (MS; a condition in which the fatty tissue protecting nerves is harmed, making it harder for those nerves to conduct impulses from the brain)
• Parkinson’s disease (a motor system disorder that affects muscle function)

• Electromyography/nerve conduction studies (EMG; a recording of the electrical activity of a muscle)

• Long-term video EEG monitoring (EEG recordings taken over days or weeks)
• Evoked potential studies (a test to detect problems with the spinal cord)
• Lumbar punctures (to diagnose certain spinal conditions)
• Skin, muscle and nerve biopsies
• Nerve ultrasounds
• Botulinum toxin (Botox) injections
• t-PA administration for acute stroke (“clot buster” drug)
