Our services

Novant Health Monroe Family Medical cares for patients ages two and older. Our team of providers is dedicated to getting to know you as a person, not just a patient. Since we focus on the family as the unit of care, our providers are also happy to care for multiple generations of families. You and your loved ones benefit from getting quality care in one convenient location; our providers benefit from understanding your health goals along with the goals of your family members.

Services we offer include:

• Pediatric care for children two years of age and older, including well-child checkups and same-day sick visits
• Adolescent care
• School and sports physicals
• Internal medicine (adult care) services, including annual physicals
• Work physicals
• Immunizations and vaccinations
• Management for chronic diseases including diabetes, heart disease, hypertension (high blood pressure), high cholesterol and asthma
• Routine gynecologic care, including Pap tests, pelvic exams and postmenopausal care
• Orthopedic care for minor injuries, such as sprains and strains

We also offer some diagnostic testing in our office including:

• Laboratory services (blood draws, urinalysis, rapid strep testing, rapid flu testing)
• X-ray services
• Echocardiograms (ultrasounds of the heart)
