Your Visit

To schedule a visit with us, please call during office hours. 

You do not need a referral to be seen in our clinic, but if you are referred to us we will contact you once receive your referral information.

New Patients

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your first scheduled appointment. Before your visit, you will receive a link via text to complete the check-in process and confirm your information with us is correct.

What to bring

• Your photo ID
• Your insurance card
• Your method of copayment or payment in full if insurance will not cover your visit
• Comfortable shoes
• Any medical records from previous podiatrists
• A list of any medications you are currently taking, including name and dosage
• Any forms you need our office to complete
