At annual physicals, you have an opportunity to get to know your provider, while your provider has a chance to identify small problems before they become larger concerns, and help you discover ways to lead a healthier life. If you are living with a chronic health condition or have an acute illness or injury, we give you all the information you desire so you can be in control of any treatment or management plans.
