Appointments
To make an appointment, call Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., or schedule online anytime through MyChart.
To cancel or change an appointment, call at least 24 hours in advance.
New patients
For your first appointment, please arrive at least 15 minutes early so we can collect necessary information from you. Bring any imaging or tests completed recently outside the Novant Health system.
What to bring
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your first appointment and bring the following items with you:
- Identification
- Insurance card
- Your method of copayment or payment
- Any medications you are currently taking, including supplements
