We offer diagnostic testing including:
- Cardiac stress tests (to assess heart function during activity)
- Nuclear stress tests (a way to assess blood flow using radioactive material)
- Carotid and vascular ultrasounds (non-invasive ways to assess blood flow)
- Echocardiograms and stress echocardiograms (non-invasive imaging procedures done at rest or during exercise)
- Electrocardiograms (EKG; a recording of electrical activity of the heart using sensors placed on the skin)
- Tilt table exams (tests of heart function in positions ranging from standing up to lying down)
Our providers treat heart conditions with procedures including:
- Coronary angioplasty (to widen or unblock the coronary artery with the use of a balloon)
- Coronary artherectomy (to remove plaque from blood vessels to improve blood flow)
- Heart arrhythmia treatment/electrophysiology (to assess the heart’s electrical activity)
- Interventional cardiology treatments (to repair damaged or weakened parts of the heart using a small, flexible tube)
