At Novant Health Heart & Vascular Institute – Elizabeth (Prevention), we are devoted to understanding your heart health and identifying ways to help you improve or preserve it.

Whether you have a family history of heart problems, or live with conditions that affect heart health including elevated cholesterol, diabetes or high blood pressure, our providers are here to help. We focus on addressing the factors that often lead to coronary heart disease, and help you determine what lifestyle changes or medications can stop coronary heart disease from developing.

Our clinic is located on Queens Road, between Third Street (Providence Road) and Fourth Street (Randolph Road). We are on the campus of Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center. We are easily reached from Uptown Charlotte, Interstate 277 and Independence Boulevard (Highway 74).
