Appointments
To schedule an appointment with our clinic, you can use MyChart to schedule an appointment online anytime. You can also call us during office hours so we can help you set up a visit.
Please call us if you are an established patient with a gynecologic concern that needs immediate attention.
New patients
We ask that new patients arrive at least 15 minutes before their appointment. Arriving early gives you time to complete any necessary paperwork.
What to bring

- Photo ID (such as your driver's license)
- List of current medications and supplements
- Form of payment
