Our services include: 

• Medication titration (managing insulin and other medications to achieve the A1C levels right for you)
• Support and help to patients starting insulin for the first time
• Setup and maintenance of continuous glucose monitors (CGM)
• Interpretation of CGM data to help guide treatment 

Additional services

Our patients have access to additional services including endocrinologists within the Novant Health network and the Novant Health Diabetes & Nutrition clinic. This clinic offers a diabetes education program and is covered by many insurance plans, including Medicare.
