Appointments

If you would like to make an appointment with us, you can call our office during business hours. If your gynecologist is referring you to us, please let us know that when you call. Returning Novant Health patients can also use MyChart’s online tool to schedule doctor’s office visits.

If this is your first time coming to our clinic, please arrive 15 minutes early. By arriving early, you can help make sure you will have enough time to complete important paperwork.

What to bring

• Your photo ID
• Your insurance card and a form of payment
• Scans, X-rays or any disease (pathology) reports from appointments at other facilities
• A list of the medications and vitamins you regularly take
