Level 2 special care nursery
Our level 2 special care nursery offers 24/7 care for little ones who need it most. In this nursery, doctors who specialize in the care of premature and sick babies work closely with specially trained registered nurses, respiratory therapists, medical social workers and other neonatal professionals. The level 2 special care nursery is located on the third floor of Huntersville Medical Center and can be reached by calling 704-316-4300.
24/7 Pediatric Emergency Services
At Huntersville Medical Center your children will be treated by physicians in an environment designed with kids in mind. The NASCAR-themed family-friendly décor was designed to put children at ease.
Novant Health Hemby Children's Hospital
We also collaborate with Novant Health Hemby Children's Hospital, which provides comprehensive medical care
for children, from newborns to teens. We also offer a dedicated pediatric transport that takes critically-ill children to Hemby Children's Hospital when more advanced care is needed.
