Martha has been with the Charlotte Symphony since 1981, and she understands the healing power of music. Martha brought her violin and a sign thanking healthcare workers and set up in the parking lot of Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center so team members could hear her music as they were beginning or leaving a shift. "If it gives even five or 10 seconds of respite from what they have faced and what they will continue to face, I feel honored." Watch the video below to hear her music.
