Life can be challenging. Feelings of anxiety, stress or depression are common responses to life’s challenges. For most people, these feelings go away after a short period of time. However, if they do not go away, or if they are so severe that they interfere with your daily life, you should consider seeking professional help.
At Novant Health, our behavioral health specialists can help you deal with these issues and regain control of your life. We are available 24 hours a day to provide care for children, adolescents and adults.
