How do I find a patient? - Visitors are allowed at most Novant Health hospital locations 24 hours a day, seven days a week. To ensure the security of all of our patients, the staff at the Information Desk inside our main lobbies is happy to assist you in locating a patient. If you need a patient's room number or a map to a particular area within the hospital, please visit the Information Desk.

During business hours, you may also locate a patient or visitor by calling the Novant Health hospital location. See all Novant Health hospital locations here.

Lay minister information - It is our pleasure to serve lay ministers of your congregation. We cannot issue ID badges / parking access to lay ministers and we can no longer validate their parking tickets. However, there is a flat rate of $3.00 per day, which is the maximum daily rate, and they may retain their receipt as an all-day pass, if needed.
