Dr Shearer gave me information concerning my recent diagnosis. I was unaware of how long I had this particular issue. She was thorough when doing her own research, and gave me her findings as well as encouragement to ask any questions I may have had at that time, she also gave me her card just in case I had questions after my visit. I feel like I was heard and not rushed during my time with her. The staff was very kind, professional, and helpful.
