I came here after multiple visits with my previous pcp left me feeling unheard and I was feeling so much anxiety at the thought of the next visit. Dr Houser was kind, patient, took the time to listen to my concerns and address them all. He never made me feel that I was being ridiculous with my concerns and questions.

I continue to receive the best of care at this facility and I have utmost confidence in Dr. Houser.

Dr Houser is the most professional and caring physician I have ever seen. He was very attentive to my concerns and followed up with me to see how I was feeling and if the medication was working. Novant should be very grateful to have him on staff. I know how grateful I am for all of the staff at Sunvalley. They are all amazing.

Dr. Houser is not my chosen provider but my doctor was not available due to a full schedule so I was assigned him due to my emergency. He was knowledgeable, courteous, professional and approachable; I would surely ask for him again; in a pinch.
