Feb 2024Being relatively new to Charlotte I found it to be a daunting task to find a Primary care physician. I am fortunate to have found Dr. Teferra, he is very knowledgeable and caring. Each time I leave an appointment I walk away feeling like I was his most important patient of the day. I never feel rushed and he is very attentive while listening to any concerns that I may have. I selfishly hope that he doesn’t plan to retire or relocate anytime soon! My overall experience at this visit was good. I like the new location, however, finding the parking area and the entrance to the office suite was very confusing for me. I’m sure I won’t have that problem again now that I know how to get there. The only slight disappointment during this visit was that the office staff did not seem to be as attentive and friendly as they have ALWAYS been in my previous appointments.
